Holiday Season Extended Return Policy:
This Holiday Season, We are extending our return policy until Jan 5th on all orders marked as "Gifts" at check out. Our normal return policy will apply to all other orders.
Your satisfaction is our main priority and will strive for that. We offer a full satisfaction guaranteed policy on all items with NO RESTOCKING FEES.
If you for require a return authorization, please follow the simple guide line below.
1) Fill out the return authorization form below with in 72hrs after you have received your shipment.
2) Once you have completed your authorization form, you will receive your RAN with in 1 business day.
3) Please return your purchase with in 30 days from the original date of it's arrival, as it arrived, UNUSED with original dust bag, tags and Dellamoda security tags intact.
( After this 30 period, all returns will be sent back to you and your card will be charged for additional shipping and handling fees
4) Please print out a copy of your confirmed RAN email and enclose it with your return.
We strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx that provides a tracking number, as
we are not responsible for lost packages. We will refund your payment minus original shipping fees with in 10 working days after it has been received. It's that easy.
Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card
statement.

Exchange Instructions:
We do not have an exchange policy. If you do require an exchange for an item recently purchased, simply follow the instructions above in order to make a return and place a new order for your new items.
