At Dellamoda.com your satisfaction is our main priority and will strive for that. We offer a satisfaction guaranteed policy on all items. We understand that gift-giving is not always easy, so we offer you an easy return policy. Once you receive your item(s) please examine them very carefully, If you find any defects please notify us by email within 24hrs. After this period we will not accept any returns due to this reason. If you are not simply happy with your product for any reason and require a return or exchange authorization, please read and fill out one of the forms below within 7 days of receipt of your package. Please note we cannot accept any returns or exchanges past the 7-day receipt timeframe.

Return Instructions:

1) Click here for Return Authorization Form and fill out the form.

2) You will be instructed on how to return your item and will be provided with your RAN (return authorization number) by the next working day.

3) Once you receive your RAN, please print out a copy and enclose it with your return.

4) Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived, UNUSED, w/ original dust bag/tags intact, send it back within (30) thirty days of receipt, and we'll refund your payment within 10 to 15 days after it has been received. It's that easy! We strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

All returns will be subject a 10% restocking fee. Returned sunglasses are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We all understand time is valuable. There are also certain restrictions we have to follow for returning a product back to our vendors. We appreciate your understanding. We will refund your payment minus shipping & the re-stocking fees within 10 working days after it has been received. It's that easy. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange Instructions:

1) Select the items you like to exchange with from Dellamoda.com.

2) Click here for Exchange Authorization Form, clearly stating the style number and color for the exchange item on the return form.

3) Once you receive your RAN, please print out a copy and enclose it with your return.

4) Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived, UNUSED, w/ original dust bag/tags intact, send it back within (30) thirty days of receipt, and we'll refund your payment within 10 to 15 days after it has been received. 5) Once we receive your package, your card will either be charged or credited depending on the value of your exchange, and a new tracking number will be issued once your package has been shipped.

All exchanges will be charged a $10.00 handling fee and new shipping fees. Exchanged sunglasses are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and your credit card will be charged or credited for these fees.
We do not have a limit on the number of exchanges we allow on all products except sunglasses, which are limited to a one-time exchange only.
