At Dellamoda.com the customer's satisfaction is our goal. In order to better serve you, we have placed some simple guidelines about our policy on the page below. Please take a moment to read them as they are very important.

Dellamoda reserves the right to refuse orders or returns of any merchandise.


Sales Tax - ^Top^
Sales tax will be charged for purchases being shipped to California only. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a Gift Certificate.

Layaway - ^Top^
To place item(s) on layaway you must make a non-refundable down payment of 10% or $100.00 USD (whichever is more). We do not accept layaway requests for items under $100.00 USD. The remaining balance is due within 30 days or the item(s) will be taken off hold. Layaway payments are non-refundable. Any incomplete payments may be refunded as Store Credit towards future purchases.

All Gift Certificate purchases are final. These Gift Certificates will NEVER expire. Any returns on items purchased with a Gift Certificate are only eligible for DM Store Credit which will be given in the form of a Gift Certificate.


Prior to Shipping your New Order - ^Top^
All new orders / clients will be going through our verification process. This process is designed to protect you, the card member, as well us, the merchant. As we all know internet fraud is on the rise and we handle this verification process in a very serious and professional manner to insure that we are all protected. Please be available to speak to the Dellamoda Verification Team Members over the phone or respond to their E-Mail inquiry ASAP. Ignoring this WILL result in the cancellation and/or the delay of your shipment.


After Shipment
Orders that are shipped cannot be cancelled. If you need to return the item for any reason after it has been shipped then you may do so via our return process.
We offer a full 30 day satisfaction guaranteed policy on all items with NO RESTOCKING FEES. We do require to be notified within Seven (7) days upon receiving your package, if you do require a return.
The 7 day notification is REQUIRED, as we have certain requirements with our vendors. After this period no returns/exchanges will be authorized.
In-transit orders may not be cancelled at anytime. Any unclaimed/undelivered packages returned back to sender will be subject to a $30 handling fee plus original and return shipping fees. New shipping fees will apply for any returned to sender packages being shipped back to the customer.

Defective Items
Any defective items MUST be reported to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receiving the item(s). After this period we cannot accept ANY returns due to defects. After this period, any warranties are with the manufacturers and you may contact them for more information. In the instance that the returned defective claim item is not defective you will be responsible for all shipping charges that may have occurred.


Return Guidelines - ^Top^

  1. After your return has been authorized, you have 30 days from the original date of its arrival
  2. All dustbags, shoe horns, laces, tags, Dellamoda security tags, and any other item(s) that arrived with your product(s) are required to be included with your return. Either a restocking fee of $25.00 or more1 may incur or the package will be returned back to the sender and your credit card that is temporarily on file may be charged for additional shipping fees, if there is anything missing from the products upon the arrival of your return.
  3. Either the original or copy of the Receipt or the printed e-mail of your Return Authorization, with your Return ID# clearly showing, is required to be included in the package containing your return. If this is not included your return will NOT be accepted.
  4. Please DO NOT apply anything (such as tape, staples, or any other adhesive tools) onto the products and/or the product's boxes, bags, and etc. Any damage that occurs upon the removal of these may be subject to a fee.
  5. All products are required to be returned in the same condition as they were when shipped out from our warehouse. Please be aware that all items are inspected and documented before being shipped out of our warehouse.
  6. Please only use standard cardboard shipping boxes to ship your returns to back to us. You may use the same shipping box that you received from us. Please be sure to reseal the packaging securely.

Returns that do not meet the Return Guidelines WILL be returned back to the customer at the expense of the customer.

Domestic Returns (USA)
We currently offer FREE Return Shipping for Exchanges and Store Credit only2. This is designed to make the return/exchange process more simple and pain free. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Your options:

  1. Refund back to Credit Card, PayPal, etc.
    If you request to be refunded back to your original payment method, then please go ahead and ship the items you would like to return to us back while following the Return Guidelines above. We are not responsible for return shipping.
  2. DM Store Credit
    If you request to receive a DM store credit to your account, please allow up to 24 hours for a FREE shipping label to arrive via the e-mail used at checkout so that you may ship the items back to us. DM Store Credit NEVER expires. Please print and place the return label that you receive on your return packaging. You may then schedule a UPS Pick-up or drop of your package at any UPS Drop Box or other locations that accept UPS packages for shipment.   3. We do not refund shipping fees.

International Returns

  1. Refund back to Credit Card, PayPal, etc.
    If you request to be refunded back to your original payment method, then please go ahead and ship the items you would like to return to us back while following the Return Guidelines above. We are not responsible for return shipping.
  2. We do not refund shipping fees.

  1. Log into your Dellamoda Customer Account within seven (7) days after receiving your item(s).
  2. Under "Order History", locate your Order Number and Click on it to view your order.
  3. Towards the bottom of the Invoice Page there is a "Create Return Request"3. Check off the item(s) you would like to return.
  4. Then select your "Reasons for Returning".
  5. If you would like to return for DM Store Credit (DOMESTIC ONLY), you will be e-mailed with a Return Label as a Courtesy (This only qualifies for the first exchange/return per order). Remember, DM Store Credit will NEVER expire. Your return shipping will be FREE of charge and you will be issued a unique Gift Certificate after we receive your returned item(s).
  6. If you would like to receive a full refund back to your original payment method, you will be responsible for the shipping of your returned item(s).
  7. You have only 30 days from the original date that you received your item(s). After this 30 day period, all returns will be Returned to Sender and you will be charged for additional shipping and handling fees.
  8. You are required to enclose a copy of at least one of the following: Original or Copy of your Receipt, The printed e-mail of the Return authorization, or the E-Mailed Invoice of your order. If this is not included your return will NOT be accepted.
  9. Please remember to follow all of the return guidelines as stated at the top of this page.

We strongly recommend using UPS, FedEx, or any shipping company that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.


After Receiving the Return / Refunds: - ^Top^
All returns will be subject to inspection. All items must be returned unused, with all original packaging, contents (boxes, dust-bags, cards, tags, certificates, and in-soles if applicable), and security tags included, in the same exact condition as received. Your return will be discarded or sent back to you if the conditions of the inspection are not met and you will be charged for the new shipping fees as well. This process may take 1-2 business days depending on volume. Delivered status on your shipment tracking does not mean your return has been or will be processed the same day. After your item(s) pass inspection please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed. Note: We do not refund shipping fees.

Dellamoda.com Exchange Instructions:
We do not have an Exchange Policy. If you do require an Exchange for an item that you have recently purchased, you may simply follow the instructions above in order to make a return and then place a new order for your items.

Sale Policies and Special Conditions:
We will honor any new sale prices that occur within 5 days after your purchase. If your item has not been shipped, we will refund you the difference after applying the sale discount. If your item has shipped then you will receive a Gift Certificate for Store Credit in the amount of the difference that will never expire.
